Customer Service Policies 


Our customer service policies are built around our vision of providing our customers with “quality, value and exceptional service.”


NEW ORDERS: Orders can only be cancelled till 12 midnight PST on the day of the original purchase. 

SUBSCRIPTIONS: All our subscriptions are quarterly in nature, which means that you get a new box every three months. If you would not like to receive the boxes, you are required to cancel the subscription before your card is charged for the next box. If your cancellation request comes in after you have been billed, we are unable to refund the amount to you for the current month as your order has already been processed. You can cancel further orders in the subscription by logging into your account or by sending us an email and we'd be happy to help with future recharges.The details of the subscription are mentioned on the product page when a purchase is made.  


We only accept address changes up to 24 hours after the original purchase. A confirmation email is sent to out as soon as an order is placed with the shipping address. Customers are advised to verify the address in the confirmation email and reach out to us immediately if there is an error. Unfortunately, if 24 hours have passed, we are no longer able to change your address and the onus of alerting the post office is on the customer.


MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS: The returns policy lasts 30 days from the original shipping date. If 30 days have gone by since your order was shipped, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

* Items that show obvious signs of use

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

SUBSCRIPTION BOXES: Because our subscription boxes are collectibles, we do not offer returns, refunds or credits if customers are dissatisfied with the contents.



Studio71 US Shop is sorry that the purchase did not work out. If the item is being returned to due to an error on our part, we will pay for the return shipping (US and Canada only).

However, if you are returning an item because you don’t want it or you ordered an incorrect item/size, you will be responsible for paying the shipping. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, we encourage to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to your registered email address to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It takes us 72 hours to process returns once we have received and inspected the product. Overall, please give us 7 business days to process returns and refunds.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your refund is approved, we will credit the amount immediately to your credit card or your original method of payment. Once we process the refund, you will receive a notification email confirming the refund. Please note that this notification is sent to your registered email address.

Once we issue the refund, depending on your financial institution, it can take anywhere between 3-30 business days for the refund to reflect. Please reach out to your financial institution if you don’t receive your funds even after that duration.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company first. Depending on your financial institution, it can take anywhere between 3-30 business days before a refund is officially posted. If your refund was returned to a gift card, please follow up with your financial institution.

If you purchased using a prepaid card that you no longer possess, unfortunately, we do not have any way to refunding that amount.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at and mention your order number in the email. 


Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds on sale items. 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:
